Founder & CEO
Andreas built TUV SUD’s global AI Quality and Industry 4.0 businesses and served on the Asia Pacific Board. Previously he led advanced R&D at Siemens, including initiatives in robotics, autonomous systems, and safe AI. He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and is a certified IEEE Ethical Lead Assessor. Andreas is known for translating emerging technologies into structured, standards-aligned solutions for complex environments.

Martin is a leading voice in AI assurance and systems design. As former CTO of TUV SUD Digital Service, he pioneered one of the first certification-ready models for AI through the TUV SUD AI Quality Framework. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, and his work spans robotics, IoT, and applied machine learning. As a contributor to ISO, IEEE SA, and DIN committees, Martin turns turning emerging standards into robust, real-world assurance systems.

As former Director at KPMG Singapore, she led large-scale delivery programmes across APAC and MENA, especially in regulated sectors.
